Senior Client Success Manager

At ADP, Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Client Success Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Client Success organization, you will be responsible for driving client satisfaction, retention, and growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a portfolio of Global Payroll client accounts to ensure client satisfaction, retention, and growth.
- Cultivate trusted-advisor relationships with clients to influence their propensity to partner with ADP.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve client retention and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and concerns.
- Oversee contract (re)negotiations and ensure effective utilization of tools and processes.
- 3-5 years of related experience in implementation, project management, account management, or operational roles.
- Advanced MS Suite software capabilities.
- Limited travel required.
