Senior Client Success Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Client Success Manager to join our team at ADP. As a key member of our Client Success organization, you will be responsible for driving client satisfaction, retention, and growth across our global payroll solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, productive relationships with key client contacts to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Client Success Strategy: Collaborate with Client Success Leaders to develop and implement client success strategies that drive revenue growth and client satisfaction.
- Account Management: Manage a portfolio of global payroll client accounts to ensure effective delivery of ADP's solutions and services.
- Client Communication: Develop and deliver regular service reviews and reports to clients, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
- Client Advocacy: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing guidance and support to ensure successful adoption and utilization of ADP's solutions.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in account management, client success, or a related field, with a strong background in global payroll solutions.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Knowledge: Strong knowledge of global payroll solutions, including ADP's products and services.
