About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Client Success Manager to join our team at ADP. As a key member of our Global Payroll Client Success team, you will be responsible for driving client satisfaction, retention, and growth.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Client Focus
  • Manage a portfolio of Global Payroll client accounts to ensure client satisfaction, retention, and growth.
  • Cultivate trusted-advisor relationships with clients to influence their propensity to partner with ADP.
  • Consult with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions using ADP's Global Payroll capabilities.
  • Address and resolve escalated client issues or concerns.
  • Oversee and support effective contract negotiations and understand financial impact.
  • Ensure consistent execution of client satisfaction and retention activities.
Client Communication
  • Demonstrate strong listening, presentation, meeting management, and relationship management skills.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders to drive business results.
  • Facilitate client participation in ADP events and activities.
Opportunity Focus
  • Drive year-over-year increases in customer satisfaction indexes and client retention rates.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing clients.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve client retention and satisfaction.
  • Analyze client feedback and performance metrics to identify improvement areas.
Internal Communication
  • Ensure proactive internal communication and escalation of issues impacting client relationships.
  • Support internal processes to drive business results.
Requirements
  1. Education and Certification
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, or related field.
  • Accreditation from a relevant organization (e.g., CPP, CEBS, PHR) is an asset.
Knowledge, Experience, and Skills
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in managing client relationships, preferably in SaaS-based technology and/or outsourcing industry.
  • Advanced MS Suite software capabilities.
