Senior Client Success Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Client Success Manager to join our team at ADP. As a key member of our Client Success team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of Global Payroll client accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, retention, and growth.
Key Responsibilities- Client Portfolio Management: Effectively manage a client's portfolio of Global Payroll client accounts to ensure client satisfaction, retention, and growth.
- Trusted Advisor Relationship: Cultivate a trusted-advisor relationship with clients to influence their propensity to partner with ADP.
- Consultative Approach: Employ a consultative client approach, recognizing actions that demonstrate exemplary partnership to the client base.
- Issue Resolution: Address and resolve escalated client issues or concerns.
- Contract Negotiations: Oversee and support effective and mutually beneficial contract (re)negotiations.
- Client Satisfaction and Retention: Ensure appropriate utilization and execution of tools, client satisfaction and retention activities, and metrics.
- Multi-Country/Multi-Region/Multi-Product Portfolios: Manage multi-country/multi-region/multi-product portfolios of clients.
- Education and Certification: Degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, or another related field. Accreditation from an appropriate organization (CPP, CEBS, PHR) is an asset.
- Experience and Skills: 3-5 years of related implementation, project management, account management, or operational experience with benefits, HR, payroll, HRIS, and/or system implementation. Extensive experience building relationships with clients is essential. Advanced MS Suite software capabilities.
