As the Customer Engagement Manager - Portfolio, your key role will be to assist your designated clients in maximizing their return on investment (ROI), ensuring their satisfaction, and fostering growth for EQS. YOUR IMPACT

Here’s how you would contribute:

Collaborate closely with clients to help them achieve maximum ROI from our solutions, utilizing data-driven insights and analysis. Ensure client satisfaction by addressing concerns and gathering feedback, leveraging your understanding of SaaS and the advantages of our solutions. Work closely with our support, sales, product, and marketing teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience. Provide inspiration and best practices to clients to help them reach their objectives, based on your solid understanding of SaaS products, particularly in compliance or regulatory technology. Identify and secure upsell opportunities and uncover new cross-sell leads for the Sales team, using your experience with CRM systems and databases to manage multiple accounts effectively.

Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills combined with the ability to manage numerous client interactions simultaneously with diplomacy and composure. Have a desire to work in a dynamic, international, and innovative environment and share ideas in virtual teams. Bring a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in an after-sales role focused on customer success, customer engagement, or account management, with a strong grasp of SaaS and the ability to effectively communicate the benefits and features of our solutions to ensure retention and business growth, preferably in Information Technology or the compliance/legal tech sector. Have experience in managing a portfolio of high-value clients, ensuring their satisfaction and success with the product. Demonstrate a proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with mid-to-upper segment clients. Show an interest and desire to contribute to the ongoing development of the Customer Engagement Team by taking ownership of selected team initiatives or projects. Proactively engage with our clients to understand their business objectives and assist them in achieving success using our platform "Compliance COCKPIT". Have a solid understanding of SaaS products and compliance, enabling you to better comprehend client requirements and provide suitable solutions. Be comfortable working with CRM systems and databases to manage multiple client accounts in a data-driven manner, tracking interactions, analyzing data, and utilizing insights. Possess excellent written and spoken language skills in German & English (both C1 level). Additional major European languages would be advantageous. Hold a bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
