Senior Client Success Manager

Join ADP's Global Payroll team as a Senior Client Success Manager, where you will play a critical role in driving client satisfaction, retention, and growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a portfolio of Global Payroll client accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Cultivate trusted-advisor relationships with clients, influencing their propensity to partner with ADP.
- Consultative client approach, incorporating deep understanding of client needs with ADP Global Payroll solutions and expertise.
- Address and resolve escalated client issues or concerns, overseeing effective contract negotiations.
- Manage multi-country, multi-region, and multi-product portfolios of clients, responsible for the overall health of the client influencer relationship.
- 3-5 years of related implementation, project management, account management, or operational experience with benefits, HR, payroll, HRIS, and/or system implementation.
- Extensive experience building relationships with clients, with advanced MS Suite software capabilities.
- Limited travel required.
