Senior Client Success Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Client Success Manager to join our team at Pegasystems. As a key member of our Client Success team, you will be responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with our clients, providing technical expertise, and driving business value through the use of our software.
Key Responsibilities- Develop trusted advisor relationships with multiple stakeholders within our client accounts to expand engagement and drive business value.
- Establish metrics frameworks to measure business value and develop strategic roadmaps for transformation.
- Use industry and product knowledge to share insights and drive business benefits for our clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate actions and drive results.
- Identify and mitigate areas of risk, and take proactive action to drive customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
- 10+ years of relevant work experience, with 5+ years in a Client Success management or consulting role.
- Executive-level communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to navigate conflict and foster honest dialogue.
- Strong consulting skills and proven results working as a trusted advisor to drive business value.
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and perform effectively under pressure.
- Strong knowledge of business processes, business applications, and automation.
