Senior Client Success Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Client Success Manager to join our team at ADP. As a key member of our Client Success team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of Global Payroll client accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, retention, and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client relationships and develop strong, productive relationships with key client contacts.
- Align with Client Success Leaders and collaborate with other ADP teams to deliver best-in-class services to clients.
- Utilize tools and processes to address client-specific needs and drive business growth.
- Analyze client feedback and performance metrics to identify improvement areas.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of related experience in implementation, project management, account management, or operational roles.
- Extensive experience building relationships with clients and driving business growth.
- Advanced MS Suite software capabilities.
- Limited travel required.
