About the Role:
The Client Success team at Gartner is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth through strategic partnerships with clients. As a Client Success Manager, you will be part of a dynamic team that focuses on building strong relationships with clients, understanding their business priorities, and identifying opportunities to drive value and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with clients across various business functions and companies
- Regularly engage with clients to understand their business priorities and recommend strategic solutions to drive value and retention
- Collaborate with internal Gartner colleagues to maximize the value delivered to clients
- Develop and implement client success plans to drive business growth and retention
Requirements:
- 3+ years of relevant professional experience in customer success, account management, or a related field
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree preferred
