**About the Role**
The Client Success team at Gartner focuses on delivering exceptional customer service and driving client retention. As a Client Success Manager, you will partner with clients to understand their business priorities and identify opportunities to drive value and growth.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Build and develop relationships with clients across various business functions and companies
* Meet with clients regularly to understand their needs and recommend solutions to drive client retention and growth
* Collaborate with internal Gartner colleagues to maximize the value delivered to clients
* Onboard new clients and introduce them to Gartner's services and capabilities
**Requirements**
* 3+ years of relevant professional experience
* Strong customer service, communication, and collaboration skills
* Bachelor's degree preferred
