At Adp, Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Digital Client Success Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Global Payroll Solutions team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of client accounts and driving business growth through exceptional client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a portfolio of client accounts to ensure client satisfaction, retention, and growth.
- Cultivate trusted-advisor relationships with clients to influence their propensity to partner with Adp, Inc.
- Develop and implement consultative client approaches to recognize and address client needs.
- Address and resolve escalated client issues or concerns.
- Oversee and support effective contract negotiations and understand financial impact.
- Strong account management and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to recognize and address client needs through consultative approaches.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Significant understanding of Global Payroll concepts.
