The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Director to join our team in Spain. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for qualifying, connecting, and pitching solutions to top global brands, driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Qualify and connect with decision-makers at complex and dynamic organizations across various industries.
- Pitch solutions, not products, to secure ad budgets, market goals, and performance tracking data assets.
- Conduct thorough research on clients to bolster outreach and pitches.
- Represent Admarketplace at industry conferences and events to win new clients.
- Maintain accurate and updated CRM data via Salesforce.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- 7 to 10+ years of experience as a top performer in B2B enterprise sales, pitching to VP level and above.
- Proven winner with a deep desire to close big deals and earn large commissions.
- Relationship-builder with a sales cycle of more than two months.
- Data-savvy and comfortable discussing technology.
- Strong objection handler with the ability to think on their feet.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with a bonus for experience with Google Slides and Salesforce.
