Strategic Sales Director
Job Summary:We are seeking a highly experienced Strategic Sales Director to lead our International Consulting Services Sales organization and the International Project Management Office (PMO). The successful candidate will develop and lead a holistic approach to the client consulting relationship, including sales, implementation strategy, and integration with Oracle Health across the markets in EMEA and APAC.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive growth and revenue in the EMEA and APAC regions.
- Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, marketing, and delivery, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners to drive business growth and revenue.
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and sales plans to ensure accurate financial planning and reporting.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and tactics.

Requirements:- 7-10 years of direct sales experience, with a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and sales performance.
- Experience managing staff and leading high-performing sales teams.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve sales targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and partners.
- Industry experience and knowledge of the healthcare sector.
- Ability to develop executive-level relationships and influence key stakeholders.
- Strong Oracle product knowledge preferred.
- BA/BS preferred.
