Job Title:

Strategic Sales Director

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Strategic Sales Director to lead our International Consulting Services Sales organization and the International Project Management Office (PMO). The successful candidate will develop and lead a holistic approach to the client consulting relationship, including sales, implementation strategy, and integration with Oracle Health across the markets in EMEA and APAC.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive growth and revenue in the EMEA and APAC regions.
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, marketing, and delivery, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and sales plans to ensure accurate financial planning and reporting.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and tactics.

Requirements:
  • 7-10 years of direct sales experience, with a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and sales performance.
  • Experience managing staff and leading high-performing sales teams.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and partners.
  • Industry experience and knowledge of the healthcare sector.
  • Ability to develop executive-level relationships and influence key stakeholders.
  • Strong Oracle product knowledge preferred.
  • BA/BS preferred.
