Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Executive to join our team in Spain and Portugal. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling Axon products and services to large and complex Law Enforcement and Public Safety agencies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Articulate complex solutions to customers
  • Build and maintain senior-level relationships with customers
  • Navigate across customer agencies and units
  • Lead the Axon team to success
  • Provide technical and administrative product information, demonstrations, and/or product training
Requirements
  • Ability to articulate complex solutions
  • Exceptional relationship building skills
  • Ability to navigate complex customer agencies and units
  • Leadership skills to drive the Axon team to success
About the Role

This is a quota-carrying, external field position that requires a high level of technical and business acumen. You will take charge of a significant proportion of customers in Spain and Portugal and engage in complex sales opportunities, often of 7- and 8-digit value.
