Drive Business Growth as a Senior Account Executive

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Account Executive to spearhead business development and drive ambitious growth for our software solutions firm in Madrid.

Working closely with the VP of Sales and Marketing, you will be responsible for migrating existing customers from On-Premise solutions to SaaS and developing new opportunities with clients from discovery to close.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acquire new customers and expand existing accounts with B2B SaaS solutions in the insurance sector, focusing on risk management, insurance, or compliance.
  • Collaborate with a strong marketing organization, local pre-sales, and sales development representatives to drive business growth.
  • Navigate highly regulated environments and leverage knowledge of IFRS to ensure successful sales strategies.

Requirements:

  • Native Spanish and fluent English language skills.
  • Extensive experience in selling B2B SaaS solutions to the insurance sector.
  • Ability to switch gears and adapt to new opportunities.
