Job Description

As the Head of Human Resources Iberia, you will play a pivotal role in driving the organization's growth and development. Your primary objective will be to design and implement impactful people strategies and programs that align with the business strategy, ensuring the IBERIA organization continues to thrive.

Main Responsibilities
  • People Strategy Development: Collaborate with the Managing Director and IBERIA Management Team to identify and deploy people strategies that drive business growth and organizational culture development.
  • HR Team Leadership: Manage and lead the HR team IBERIA to develop, implement, and refine HR policies, processes, and practices that enhance organizational effectiveness and ensure compliance.
  • Organizational Agility and Resilience: Reflect the organization's increasing needs for agility, resilience, digitalization, and virtualization in the HR offer, ensuring a transformational and transactional HR approach.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Develop and refine company benefits and remuneration structures to maintain internal equity and competitiveness.
  • Leadership Development: Design and manage programs to enhance management and leadership capabilities, driving organizational performance and culture.
  • HR Effectiveness: Measure and review the quality and impact of HR activities, providing constructive feedback for continuous development.
