We are seeking an experienced Head of Operations to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our organization, ensuring the smooth delivery of our services and the achievement of our strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Operational Excellence: Ensure the proper functioning and quality of our operations, ensuring adequate, fluid, and effective service for our customers and stakeholders.
  2. Project Management: Support the development, transformation, implementation, and coordination of projects and initiatives, ensuring the correct functioning of our tools and processes.
  3. Team Leadership: Manage and motivate team members, clearly defining their responsibilities and objectives, monitoring their performance and evolution, identifying training plans, and communicating clearly the strategic orientations of the organization.
  4. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies, verifying the detailed monitoring of rules on money laundering and other relevant regulations.
