Your Role: Head of Sales

We're seeking an exceptional sales leader to spearhead our growth in Spain. As Head of Sales, you'll be instrumental in establishing RTB House as a market leader, driving business expansion, and delivering outstanding sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a client-direct sales strategy to drive business growth
  • Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability
  • Identify and acquire key prospects, building strong relationships and delivering value-driven proposals
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive awareness and adoption of RTB House in the Spanish market
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales leadership, with a proven track record of success
  • Strong network within the Spanish media industry, with a deep understanding of the retail, travel, and classifieds verticals
  • Comprehensive knowledge of performance marketing, programmatic buying, and RTB models
  • Exceptional negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
