Head of Sales

As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and establishing RTB House as a market leader in Spain. You will lead a high-performing sales team, develop and execute a client-direct sales strategy, and build strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand our presence in the Spanish market.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing coaching, guidance, and support to ensure they meet their sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and developing solutions to meet their business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and manage sales forecasts, budgets, and sales pipelines to ensure accurate sales projections and revenue growth.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales leadership, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and team performance.
  • Strong understanding of the Spanish market and sales landscape, with a network of key clients and stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to develop and execute a sales strategy, with a focus on revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and develop insights to drive business decisions.
