Join Our Team as a Head of Sales

Dogma Creative, a leading mediatech company within the Samy Alliance group, is seeking a seasoned Head of Sales to lead our sales team in Spain. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets
  • Develop and implement sales strategies in collaboration with the operations team
  • Improve and create sales materials to effectively communicate our value proposition
  • Identify new business opportunities and design strategies to expand our presence in key regions and accounts
  • Act as a strategic partner to clients, understanding their brand and business needs, and developing a roadmap for continued success

Requirements:

  • 5 years of experience in a similar position
  • C2 English level
  • Understanding of the company's objectives and roadmap
  • Ability to lead the creation of proposals for complex deals and projects
  • Experience in managing the start of important relationships
  • Strong presentation skills to showcase our capabilities and culture to potential partners
