Our client, a prominent hydrocarbon producer, is seeking an experienced Strategic Business Growth Manager to lead their transaction development/procurement process.
">About the Role
">We are looking for a skilled professional with 12 years of experience in business development to manage the transaction development/procurement process from early economics analysis through to financial close. The ideal candidate will be responsible for determining the scope and objectives of the transaction, coordinating internal subject matter experts' groups, and leading multi-workstream evaluation and review developers' submitted proposals.
">Key Responsibilities
">The successful candidate will have:
">- ">
- Fully familiarize themselves with the PPP/BOO/BOOT concession models and the steps needed to close a project">
- Fulfill the role as a 'Transaction Lead' with responsibility for each phase of the transaction to financial close">
- Manage transaction development/procurement process from early economics analysis through to financial close">
- Determine the scope and objectives of the transaction">
- Coordinate internal subject matter experts' groups to ensure transaction progress">
- Lead multi-workstream evaluation and review developers' submitted proposals">
- Prepare the transaction approval documents at each stage of the transaction">
- Support pre-feasibility and feasibility studies to establish technical, financial, and marketing viability of new initiatives">
- Work with internal organizations and external investors to promote new business opportunities">
- Provide administrative direction as required to the transaction teams">
- Manage and mentor young professionals">
Requirements
">To succeed in this role, you will need:

- A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or its equivalent">
- At least 12 years of relevant experience in business development">
- Proficient in oral and written English">
Compensation
">The estimated salary for this role is around $150,000 - $200,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience and qualifications. Please note that this is an estimate and may vary based on various factors.
