We are looking for a skilled B2B Sales Agent to join our team in Germany, supporting our Pro customers and driving business growth through technical advice and digital support.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide exceptional support to Pro customers, ensuring a smooth purchasing experience and optimal use of our platform.
• Generate additional business value through outbound calls and hot leads generated by existing customers.
• Offer technical advice on our Pro specialties, including plumbing, sanitary, heating, electricity, and construction works.
• Maximize customer satisfaction and stimulate repurchase through personalized support and optimized shipping fees.
Requirements
• A solid experience in sales or customer-facing roles, with a strong understanding of the home improvement market.
• Fluency in German and English, with good knowledge of products and expertise related to construction.
• 100% customer-centric approach and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
