Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated B2B Sales Agent to join our team in Germany. As a key player in the home improvement sector, you will be responsible for providing technical and digital support to our Pro customers, ensuring they have a smooth experience on our platform. Your primary goal will be to generate additional business value through outbound calls and hot leads generated by existing customers.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide exceptional support to Pro customers, accompanying them through their purchases and ensuring they are comfortable using our platform.
• Generate additional business value through outbound calls and hot leads generated by existing customers.
• Offer technical advice on our Pro specialties, including plumbing, sanitary, heating, electricity, tooling, and construction works.
• Maximize customer satisfaction and stimulate repurchase by providing reinsurance on delivery and inventory, optimizing shipping fees, and more.
Requirements
• A solid experience in sales or customer-facing roles, with a strong understanding of the home improvement industry.
• Fluency in German and English, with good knowledge of products and expertise related to construction.
• 100% customer-centric approach, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
