Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical advice and support to customers on our platform, products, and services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Identify opportunities to increase sales and revenue through proactive communication and-upselling/cross-selling.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
Requirements:
