Talented Sales Expert Wanted for Cloud Technology Role

Job OverviewWe are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Success Development Specialist to join our team in Malaga, Spain. This role will focus on developing and implementing strategies to drive sales growth and customer engagement.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective call scripts to ensure consistent communication and repeatable results.
- Design and execute a structured outreach strategy across multiple channels, maintaining a consistent cadence.
- Provide exceptional support to ISVs, ensuring a positive experience and laying the groundwork for long-term partnerships.
- Fluency in German Language (C1 level or higher) and English Language (B2 level or higher).
- Basic understanding of the target industry and ability to deliver messaging on solutions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, using professional business language.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, IT, Marketing, or related field is desirable.
- Ability to learn modern selling techniques, execute core messaging strategy, navigate to decision makers, and establish clear next steps.
- Baseline understanding and passion for cloud technologies and innovation.
- Experience with CRM systems and basic productivity tools is required.
- Customer Support experience and IT industry experience are advantageous.
- Communicative, able to speak and/or write well and convey ideas effectively.
- Interpreter, able to make sense of complex information and figure out what is needed.
- Confident, pleasant, energetic, helpful, trustworthy.
- Efficient, able to perform tasks quickly and simply.
- Organized and punctual, able to put things in order and meet deadlines.

- Willingness to acquire new knowledge and skills.
- Excellent customer service skills, being friendly, patient, and polite when interacting with customers.
- Salary: €30,000 - €50,000 per year, depending on experience.
- A dynamic work environment in a globally international company.

- Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:30 (except Friday till 16:30).
