Sports Industry Customer Success Manager

We're seeking a Customer Success Manager to lead a portfolio of sports organizations, including federations, professional clubs, and amateur clubs, across various sports. You'll ensure these organizations achieve maximum benefits and higher ROI from their subscription, resulting in renewals and additional solution purchases.

You'll develop strong relationships with customers, maximizing satisfaction across a group of accounts and becoming a trusted partner. Your responsibilities will include support and account management, product demonstrations, customer education, and engagement and commercial activities.

Key objectives include achieving monthly, quarterly, and yearly renewal targets through meetings to understand client needs and identify opportunities for upselling additional services.

This role requires experience in a client-facing position, preferably in a technology company, with excellent communication and organizational skills. Fluency in English, French, or Italian is required, and additional languages are a plus. Sports industry knowledge is a bonus.
