About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team in the sports industry. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the success of our clients across various sports, including American football, volleyball, ice hockey, and basketball.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop strong relationships with clients to maximize satisfaction and achieve renewal targets.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and identify opportunities for upselling additional services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless support and account management.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a client-facing role, preferably in a technology company.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle a high volume of clients while maintaining excellent record keeping.
  • Fluency in English, with French or Italian a plus.

What We Offer

  • A competitive salary range of €30,450 - €50,750 EUR.
  • A 70/30 work-from-office policy, with the option to work remotely for 30% of the time.
