Job Description
We're seeking a Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you'll be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure their success and satisfaction.
You'll act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and issues, providing timely and effective solutions. You'll also collaborate with internal teams to align customer needs with company offerings.
Responsibilities include monitoring and analyzing customer metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and growth. Additionally, you'll lead customer success initiatives and projects to enhance client engagement and retention.
Requirements
- Senior-level experience in customer success or a related field, preferably within E-Commerce or Direct-to-Consumer (DTC).
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Proven track record of managing client relationships and driving customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.
- Familiarity with CET time zone operations and flexibility to work 30-40 hours per week.
Compensation
The estimated salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
