Sports Industry Customer Success Manager

We're looking for a Customer Success Manager to oversee a portfolio of federations, professional clubs, and amateur clubs across various sports. This role involves ensuring organizations get the maximum benefit and higher ROI out of their subscription, ultimately leading to renewal and additional solution purchases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strong customer relationships and maximize satisfaction across a group of accounts.
  • Work toward goals, including monthly, quarterly, and yearly renewal targets.
  • Run meetings to understand client needs and identify opportunities for upselling additional services.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a client-facing role, preferably in a technology company.
  • Excellent communication skills to work confidently with various individuals within the sports landscape.
  • Organized and able to handle a high volume of clients while maintaining excellent record keeping.
  • Multilingual, fluent in English, and French or Italian (any additional languages are a bonus).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Sports industry knowledge.
  • Tech stack familiarity, particularly with Salesforce.

Work Environment:

We're taking a 70/30 approach with this role, with 70% of working hours spent in the office per week and the option to work remotely for the other 30%.
