Sports Industry Customer Success Manager

Build a Team that Thrives

We're looking for a Customer Success Manager to lead a portfolio of sports organizations, including federations, professional clubs, and amateur clubs. Your goal will be to ensure these organizations get the most out of their subscription, resulting in higher ROI and renewal rates.

You'll develop strong relationships with clients, maximize satisfaction, and become a trusted partner. Your responsibilities will include support and account management, product demonstrations, education, and engagement activities.

We're taking a 70/30 approach with this role, with 70% of your time spent in the office and 30% remote. If you live within commuting distance of our Barcelona office, we'd love to hear from you.

Requirements
  • Experience in a client-facing role, preferably in a technology company
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work with various individuals in the sports landscape
  • Organized and able to handle a high volume of clients, with excellent record-keeping skills
  • Multilingual, with fluency in English and French or Italian (additional languages are a bonus)
Nice-to-Haves
  • Sports industry knowledge, with previous experience in the industry
  • Tech stack familiarity, with knowledge of Salesforce (we can teach you the ins and outs)
