At Hudl, we believe that a strong team is built on trust, respect, and a shared passion for sports. As a Customer Success Manager, you will play a key role in fostering these values with our clients across the sports industry. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our clients receive the maximum benefit from our subscription, ultimately leading to higher renewals and increased revenue for Hudl.


As a trusted advisor, you will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and identify opportunities for growth. This will involve developing strong relationships, demonstrating our products, educating clients on our services, and executing a range of engagement and commercial activities.


We are looking for a highly organized and proactive individual who is fluent in English, with French or Italian being a plus. Your experience in a client-facing role, preferably in a technology company, will serve as a strong foundation for this position. Additionally, your ability to work confidently with various stakeholders in the sports landscape will be essential in becoming a trusted advisor for our clients.


As a key member of our team, you will work towards achieving monthly, quarterly, and yearly renewal targets. You will be responsible for running meetings to understand client needs and identifying opportunities for upselling additional services. Your work arrangement will be 70/30, with 70% of your working hours spent in the office and the option to work remotely for the remaining 30%.
