Dynamic Customer Experience Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Dynamic Customer Experience Specialist to join our team at Recruitment Direct. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through effective communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough audits on customer interactions to identify areas for improvement
- Analyze data to determine root causes of quality issues and develop strategies for resolution
- Maintain accurate records and reports to track performance and quality metrics
- Provide actionable feedback to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Collaborate with stakeholders and customers to refine quality standards and processes
Requirements:
- Proficiency in German (C1 level) and English (B1+ or higher)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in monitoring and logging data
- Effective problem-solving and analytical skills to analyze data and suggest improvements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide feedback and coaching in a team environment
- Advanced computer literacy and ability to multitask across different systems
Salary: Estimated $55,000 - $65,000 per annum based on location and experience.
