Acertto Talent Linkers is a consultancy firm specializing in the recruitment and selection of qualified professionals at national and European level.

We are currently seeking a Product Development Manager to join our team at a multinational company in the seeds industry, working within the R&D department.

The main responsibilities of this role will be to implement the latest techniques for accelerated breeding and trait integration programs for seed crops, while ensuring seamless operations and high success rates.

Your daily tasks:

  • Design and implement highly efficient workflows, combining different accelerated breeding techniques.
  • Improve and implement standard operating procedures.
  • Coordinate with key stakeholders in the planning process for the optimal use and efficiency of the facilities.
  • Establish seamless operations guaranteeing high success rates and timely deliveries for customers.
  • Coordinate and monitor KPIs while working with an international team in close collaboration among departments.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Agriculture, Biology, Genetics or Biotechnology.

Experience with nursery activities and fast-breeding or trait integration procedures, as well as professional level of English and Spanish, is a must.

Valued:

  • Master's or Doctoral degree in plant breeding, genetics or plant biology.
  • Knowledge of agronomic and operational management of field nurseries.
  • Practical experience in molecular-marker analysis interpretation.
