About the Role:

We are seeking a talented Commercial Development Manager to join our On-Trade team in Spain. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing commercial plans to drive business growth and profitability in the On-Trade channel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement commercial plans to achieve business objectives in the On-Trade channel
  • Negotiate with Point Sales to deliver Distribution Visibility targets
  • Drive the use of Picture of Success and approach to activate our brands and influence consumers at the point of purchase
  • Identify opportunities and guide the development and execution of strategies to maximize Bacardi's performance at On-Trade customers in your region

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable track record of performance in Commercial, field sales experience preferred
  • Demonstrable affinity with On Trade, Events and / or Promotions
  • Solid ability to organize your work independently and effectively
  • Solid negotiation skills
  • Good Communicator and an active listener
  • Team player
