Regional Business Development Manager

**Job Description**
The Regional Business Development Manager is responsible for executing the national business plan in the assigned region. This role entails leadership and coordination with the Distributor Regional Manager to maximize and amplify the reach of the sales force teams of the distributors. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the On Premise team as a role model for the brand, ensuring appropriate communication flow and knowledge transfer within the regional and national teams.
- Securing and optimizing teamwork with all related business units to bring the brand premium values of Red Bull to life.
- Constantly monitoring image standards within the team and showcasing the premium brand to strategically important customers and industry contacts.
- Building and maintaining a strong and highly effective team, leading and coaching direct reports for increased productivity and engagement.
- Developing and implementing the regional On Premise business plan tailored to meet ambitious company goals, continuously evaluating execution and setup of KPIs.
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to drive horizontal and vertical growth. He or she will be knowledgeable about the market and have a sharp eye for new opportunities. Additionally, he or she will have experience in team management and be able to develop and implement effective marketing strategies.
