Job Title: Regional On Premise Manager

At Red Bull, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional On Premise Manager to lead our On Premise team in the assigned region. As the face of the brand in the market, you will be responsible for breaking down and implementing the national business plan, optimizing sales, brand presence, and awareness throughout the On Premise channel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement the regional On Premise business plan to meet ambitious company goals.
  • Lead and coach a high-performing team to drive horizontal and vertical growth.
  • Manage team resources, including budget and POS material, to optimize performance.
  • Collaborate with the OPMM to develop marketing strategies and concepts to leverage the brand and increase product consumption in the On Premise environment.
  • Ensure availability, premium On Premise activation, and High 5 excellence at third-party and Red Bull events.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in On Premise sales and marketing.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Knowledge of the On Premise channel and market trends.
