Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional On Premise Manager to join our team at Red Bull. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic plans to increase sales and brand presence in the On Premise channel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement regional business plans to achieve sales and brand growth targets
  • Lead and manage a team of sales and marketing professionals to ensure effective execution of business plans
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, customers, and industry partners to drive business growth
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior to inform business decisions
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns to increase brand awareness and product consumption
  • Manage budgets and resources to optimize business performance
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2+ years of sales and marketing experience in the FMCG industry
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in team management and development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed business decisions
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results and delivery
  • Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software applications
