Regional On Premise Business Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional On Premise Manager to join our team at Red Bull. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic plans to increase sales and brand presence in the On Premise channel.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement regional business plans to achieve sales and marketing objectives.
- Lead and manage a team of sales and marketing professionals to ensure effective execution of business plans.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, customers, and industry partners to drive business growth.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior to inform business decisions.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns to increase brand awareness and product consumption.
- Manage budgets and resources to optimize sales and marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of business plans.
- 2+ years of sales and marketing experience in the FMCG industry.
- Proven track record of success in driving business growth and developing strategic plans.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in leading high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform business decisions.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of sales processes and financial systems.
- Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software applications.
