About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Commercial Development Manager to join our On-Trade team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing commercial plans to drive business growth and profitability in the On-Trade channel.

Your key focus will be on delivering our 2 objectives: EFO & new model. You will need to contribute to the implementation of the Commercial plan that delivers against customer programs agreed in the Country Integrated Activity Plan (IAP) specific to the On-Trade customers.

You will negotiate in the Point Sales to deliver Distribution & Visibility targets. You will drive the use of Picture of Success and approach to activate our brands to influence consumers at the point of purchase.

You will identify opportunities and guide the development and execution of strategies to maximize Bacardi's performance at On Trade customers in your region, achieving value creation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute commercial plans to drive business growth and profitability in the On-Trade channel
  • Contribute to the implementation of the Commercial plan that delivers against customer programs agreed in the Country Integrated Activity Plan (IAP) specific to the On-Trade customers
  • Negotiate in the Point Sales to deliver Distribution & Visibility targets

Requirements
  • Demonstrable track record of performance in Commercial, field sales experience preferred
  • Demonstrable affinity with On Trade, Events and / or Promotions
  • Solid ability to organize your work independently and effectively
  • Solid negotiation skills
