Reclut, a boutique recruitment firm, is seeking a Key Account Manager to join our team in the Canary Islands. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients in the region.
Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients in the Canary Islands
- Identify new business opportunities to expand the client portfolio
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services to clients
- Monitor market trends and competitive activities
- Negotiate contracts and commercial agreements with key clients
- Prepare regular reports on account status and sales projections
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in key account management or similar roles
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Leadership skills with a focus on KPIs
- Ability to manage multiple projects and accounts simultaneously
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
