Revenue Manager

La Provincia's Sports Resort is seeking a skilled Revenue Manager to join our team. As a key member of our commercial department, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and profitability through strategic pricing, inventory management, and distribution channel optimization.
Key Responsibilities:- Analyze market trends, competition, and demand to inform pricing decisions and develop revenue strategies tailored to our sports-focused resort.
- Develop and implement elastic pricing strategies to optimize earnings across various segments, including sports event schedules and seasonal trends.
- Negotiate rates and contracts with sports event organizers and partners to maximize revenue opportunities.
- Manage inventory and pricing strategies to maximize revenue, while ensuring optimal distribution channel utilization.
- Collaborate with commercial and marketing teams to align pricing and promotional strategies with sports-related initiatives and events.
- Provide regular reports and insights into revenue performance, market dynamics, and pricing strategies tailored to the sports resort industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in revenue management or related roles, preferably in the sports or resort industry.
- Strong analytical skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic sports-focused resort environment.
- Strong business acumen with a keen awareness of current sales trends.
- Team player with strong organizational abilities and a solid understanding of yield management.
- Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software.
- Experience in the hospitality industry would be appreciated.
- High proficiency in English and Spanish; German, or any other language is a plus.
