The Revenue Manager at our Sports Resort plays a pivotal role in optimizing revenue and profitability by strategically managing pricing, inventory, and distribution channels. This role is responsible for analyzing market trends, competition, and demand to make informed pricing decisions and develop revenue strategies tailored to the unique needs of a sports-focused resort.

Responsibilities: Focus on generating revenues, developing profitable sales strategies, and enhancing competitiveness
Analyze and monitor market trends in the Sports Resort Industry
Develop an elastic strategy with the aim of optimizing earnings in all segments, such as sports event schedules and seasonal trends
Negotiate rates and contracts with sports event organizers and relevant partners to maximize revenue opportunities
Set and monitor pricing strategies and manage inventory to maximize revenue
Operation and maintenance of revenue management tools (RMS, PMS)
Forecast future revenue performance and devise effective yield management strategies
Collaborate with commercial and marketing teams to align pricing and promotional strategies with sports-related initiatives and events
Generate regular reports and provide insights into revenue performance, market dynamics, and pricing strategies tailored to the sports resort industry
Communicate and ensure the implementation of the revenue management strategy across all commercial and operational departments
Optimize distribution channels, including sports event partnerships, travel agencies, and online platforms, to drive bookings and revenue

Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field
Proven experience in revenue management or related roles, preferably in the sports or resort industry
Strong analytical skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to thrive in a dynamic sports-focused resort environment
Strong business acumen with a keen awareness of current sales trends
Team player with strong organizational abilities and a solid understanding of yield management
Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software
Experience in the hospitality industry would be appreciated
High proficiency in English and Spanish; German, or any other language is a plus
