**Job Description**

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will play a critical role in identifying new revenue opportunities and driving business growth. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Prospecting accounts and analyzing market opportunities to identify potential new revenue segments.
  • Conducting targeted email outreach to engage prospects and spark interest in bsport's solutions.
  • Cold calling potential clients to introduce bsport and qualify leads based on their needs.
  • Utilizing LinkedIn and Instagram to connect with key decision-makers, starting conversations, and driving interest.
  • Leveraging video and other media outreach methods to personalize communication and increase engagement with prospects.

**Requirements**

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • Experience in sales, customer service, or similar client-facing roles, ideally in a high-growth or startup environment.
  • Native English language proficiency.
  • Some knowledge of the US market and its functioning is a plus.

**What We Offer**

We provide a competitive salary package, estimated at $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and performance. This includes a base salary and additional compensation tied to individual and company performance metrics.
