Overview

Ttec is a leading provider of customer experience solutions, and we're looking for talented individuals to join our team. As a Sales Experience Catalyst, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences while driving business growth.

Job Description

You will work effectively to service and upsell client products to existing customers, focusing on educating them on their current products and identifying opportunities to capitalize on other sales opportunities. Your passion for goal setting and negotiation will be essential in closing sales, handling objections, and developing new business opportunities.

Requirements

  • Fluency in both English and Hebrew language at an advanced C1 level.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in sales negotiation and closing techniques.
  • A well-rounded approach that includes cold calling, relationship building, sales process, and appointment setting.
  • Goal-oriented with a strong focus on achieving targets and contributing to business growth.

Benefits

Location

This role is based in Sofia, Bulgaria, and requires a work schedule of Monday to Friday.
