We're expanding and looking for a seasoned International Sales Representative to join the esteemed Lucas Fox team in a key role.

At Lucas Fox, we pride ourselves on our diverse portfolio of luxury properties across Spain. Since our founding in 2005, we've brought a fresh, innovative approach to the luxury property market.

Our reputation for reliability, integrity, and deep market knowledge is recognized both nationally and internationally. As a key member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to leverage your expertise to drive success.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the entire sales cycle, offering creative solutions to close deals and exceed client expectations.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, from initial contact to deal completion and beyond.
  3. Collect and verify all necessary property documentation, and ensure compliance with our commission policy.
  4. Stay up-to-date with client requirements and maintain a comprehensive CRM database.
  5. Provide regular feedback and market status reports to vendors, ensuring their needs are met.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in the real estate sector, particularly in key areas of Spain.
  2. Strong understanding of real estate, legal, and financial concepts.
  3. Fluent in Spanish and English.
  4. Professional appearance, excellent communication and negotiation skills, self-motivated with a drive to achieve top results.
  5. Financially driven and able to work well in an international team.
  6. Proactive with a 'can-do' attitude.
  7. Organized, flexible with working hours, and hands-on.
