We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team at Kaplan International Languages. As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in promoting our language programs to students from around the world.
Key Responsibilities- Sell our language programs to customers through consultative sales approach, based on establishing customer needs and providing products to match them.
- Respond to web enquiries, answer inbound calls, and make outbound calls to follow up on enquiries and quotes in both English and German.
- Contact every lead to maximize sales opportunities and progress each lead to ensure upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Build strong customer rapport through high-quality written and oral communication and demonstrate excellent product knowledge.
- Complete all required administration and recording of sales through CRM system and other business systems.
- Build strong relationships with team members and provide flexible and prompt support at all times.
- Ability to speak, read, and write in German and English.
- In-depth experience of selling to DACH markets.
- Significant experience in telesales or direct sales role, preferably a minimum of 6-12 months.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Competent computer skills and good writing skills.
- Excellent team player who contributes ideas for the success of the team.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented salesperson with a track record of delivering to targets.
- Quick to learn and apply knowledge.
- Resilient and consistent, with the ability to bounce back from setbacks and remain focused on goals.
