About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team at Kaplan International Languages. As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in promoting our language programs to students from around the world.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sell our language programs to customers through consultative sales approach, based on establishing customer needs and providing products to match them.
  • Respond to web enquiries, answer inbound calls, and make outbound calls to follow up on enquiries and quotes in both English and German.
  • Contact every lead to maximize sales opportunities and progress each lead to ensure upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Build strong customer rapport through high-quality written and oral communication and demonstrate excellent product knowledge.
  • Complete all required administration and recording of sales through CRM system and other business systems.
  • Build strong relationships with team members and provide flexible and prompt support at all times.
Requirements
  • Ability to speak, read, and write in German and English.
  • In-depth experience of selling to DACH markets.
  • Significant experience in telesales or direct sales role, preferably a minimum of 6-12 months.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Competent computer skills and good writing skills.
  • Excellent team player who contributes ideas for the success of the team.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented salesperson with a track record of delivering to targets.
  • Quick to learn and apply knowledge.
  • Resilient and consistent, with the ability to bounce back from setbacks and remain focused on goals.
