Cpm International is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling services to customers through outbound and inbound telephone sales activities.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to customer inquiries, emails, and orders, and be involved in order fulfillment and post-sales-related activities.
- Perform inbound and outbound telephone activities and manage our customer database.
- Manage your own sales funnel and provide pricing & availability, parts identification, order status, and proof of delivery assistance to customers.
- Work together with internal departments to acquire new customers and retain/grow existing ones.
- Actively create business opportunities and represent the brand through every customer interaction.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A fluent level of French with exceptional grammar and spelling skills.
- A high level of English (Both written and spoken).
- Experience selling insurance is a plus.
- Demonstrable effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Previous account management experience would be an advantage.
- Excellent technical knowledge and strategic sales skills.
- Ability to build rapport and demonstrate building customer relationships.
- Strong organisation and time-management skills.
- Ambition and willingness to work hard to improve and grow your sales knowledge.
- A proactive approach and a strong team spirit.
- High level of motivation with a drive to meet and exceed targets.
- Experience with laboratories or analytical instrumentation would be a plus.
Cpm International offers a competitive package including:
- Full-time employment (39 hours/week).
- Monday to Thursday - 9 am - 6 pm & Friday 9 am - 5 pm working hours.
