About the Role

Cpm International is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling services to customers through outbound and inbound telephone sales activities.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Respond to customer inquiries, emails, and orders, and be involved in order fulfillment and post-sales-related activities.
  2. Perform inbound and outbound telephone activities and manage our customer database.
  3. Manage your own sales funnel and provide pricing & availability, parts identification, order status, and proof of delivery assistance to customers.
  4. Work together with internal departments to acquire new customers and retain/grow existing ones.
  5. Actively create business opportunities and represent the brand through every customer interaction.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. A fluent level of French with exceptional grammar and spelling skills.
  2. A high level of English (Both written and spoken).
  3. Experience selling insurance is a plus.
  4. Demonstrable effective communication and negotiation skills.
  5. Previous account management experience would be an advantage.
  6. Excellent technical knowledge and strategic sales skills.
  7. Ability to build rapport and demonstrate building customer relationships.
  8. Strong organisation and time-management skills.
  9. Ambition and willingness to work hard to improve and grow your sales knowledge.
  10. A proactive approach and a strong team spirit.
  11. High level of motivation with a drive to meet and exceed targets.
  12. Experience with laboratories or analytical instrumentation would be a plus.
Benefits

Cpm International offers a competitive package including:

  1. Full-time employment (39 hours/week).
  2. Monday to Thursday - 9 am - 6 pm & Friday 9 am - 5 pm working hours.
