About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at CPM International. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling services to customers through outbound and inbound telephone sales activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide pricing and availability information
  • Manage customer relationships and identify new business opportunities
  • Work closely with internal departments to acquire new customers and retain existing ones
  • Provide technical support and assistance to customers
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
Requirements
  • Fluent level of French with exceptional grammar and spelling skills
  • High level of English (both written and spoken)
  • Experience in sales or customer service
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ambition and willingness to work hard to improve and grow sales knowledge
