Job Summary

As a Front Desk Supervisor at Hilton Diagonal Mar, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel's front office. This is a dynamic and challenging position that requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Front Desk Operations: Supervise the front desk team during your assigned shift, ensuring that all activities are carried out to the highest standards.
  • Guest Service: Meet, greet, and direct guests who enter the lobby area, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Team Management: Monitor the appearance, standards, and performance of team members, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet the hotel's expectations.
  • Guest Requests: Manage guest requests, inquiries, and complaints promptly and completely, ensuring that all issues are resolved to the guest's satisfaction.
  • Sales and Revenue: Maximize sales revenues through up-selling and marketing programs, promoting hotel products and services to guests.
  • Communication: Maintain good communication and work relationships in all hotel areas, ensuring that all departments are informed and aligned with guest needs.
Requirements
  • Front Office Experience: Previous experience in a front office role in a hotel environment.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in Spanish and English; French is an asset.
  • Commercial Awareness: Strong commercial/business awareness and demonstration of sales capabilities.
  • Leadership Skills: Calm, organized work ethic with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines, and excellent supervisory, inter-personal, and communication skills.
